The Slave Lake Airports Wildlife Management Plan is in place to reduce the occurrance of wildlife related incidents or accidents. The plan requires that airport staff record all wildlife activities which may present a safety hazard to aircraft. This information will be used to determine if wildlife control activities should be increased and which species create the highest hazards.
Air crews are encouraged to report all hazardous wildlife activities to the airport manager
