Landing Fees
Charges are calculated for each 1,000 kg of maximum take-off weight, or portion thereof.
FIXED-WING AIRCRAFT
Minimum: $24 per landing
Less than 18,000 kg
$6.15 per 1,000 kg or portion
18,000 kg to 35,000 kg
$7.05 per 1,000 kg or portion
Greater than 35,000 kg
$8.00 per 1,000 kg or portion
ROTARY-WING AIRCRAFT
Minimum: $15 per landing
Less than 18,000 kg
$5.25 per 1,000 kg or portion
Greater than 18,000 kg
$5.85 per 1,000 kg or portion
Parking, Plug-in & Service Fees
GA Apron Parking
$15 per day
Electrical plug-in charges are additional.
Other Aircraft Parking
$10/day · $110/month · $440/year
Outside the GA apron or on a leased lot. Annual fees payable in advance.
Electrical Plug-in
$15/day per device · $450/year
Aircraft or automobile plug-in. Annual fees payable in advance.
Fuel Flowage Fee
$0.065 per litre
Applies to fuel dispensed from public or private systems, tankers or drums.
After-hours Runway Report
$250 per call-out
Applies to runway condition reports requested by an aircraft operator.
After-hours Snow Removal
$250/hour · 4-hour minimum
Requested by an aircraft operator. Maintenance level is determined by the Airport Manager or designate.
Exclusions & Special Arrangements
- Privately registered aircraft with an MTOW below 2,000 kg.
- Rotary-wing aircraft hover taxiing within the airfield solely to reposition.
- Touch-and-go operations.
- The Commission may waive fees for charitable operations and major events.
- The Commission may negotiate modified fees for based flight-training units.
How Payments Work
AIRCRAFT MOVEMENT & SERVICE FEES
Airport Traffic Activity Platform
Effective June 1, 2025, the Airport contracted Airport Traffic Activity Platform (ATAP) to track aircraft movements and invoice and collect the associated landing, aircraft parking, electrical plug-in and requested after-hours service fees. Pay ATAP using the instructions shown on your invoice.
AIRPORT-DIRECT CHARGES
Leases, Rentals & Fuel Flowage
The Airport directly invoices only lease and rental charges and fuel-flowage fees. Contact Airport Operations with questions about these charges.
